Our Mission

To promote effective human resources management by providing professional development opportunities and the exchange of ideas and information among the membership. We will accomplish this through a membership organization that provides expertise to area employers, healthcare organizations and community groups.

Who makes up our membership?

• Hospital-based human resources personnel (payor or provider-owned) to include Directors, Managers, Recruiters, Benefit and Compensation professionals and others 

• Specialty healthcare human resources personnel (occupational medicine, rehabilitation, home health, etc.) 

• Physician practice based HR personnel
